We ship using Royal Mail 1st class as standard for UK orders and use Royal Mail International Standard for international orders. These services do not offer tracking nor are the transit times guaranteed.

If you require tracking or faster shipping you may wish select the "Special Delivery" or "Tracked and Signed" options shown at the checkout. You are also welcome to contact us to discuss different shipping options, we are happy to provide quotes from couriers.

We aim to ship within 1 working day of receiving your order, though on rare occasion it may take up to 2 working days. (Please take note of any bank holidays as they are not counted as working days and post offices are not open.)

If you are in a rush feel free to ask us if we can get your order posted on the same day - if we can, we will! 

If you order more than one item, the combined postage costs are automatically calculated at the checkout. If we see that we can make it any cheaper for you (some combinations of items can surprise us every now and again!) we will refund any differences. 

International parcels can sometimes be slowed down by customs checks and individual county's postal systems which we can not control and therefore postage times are not guaranteed. We strongly recommend adding tracking to your order to help keep an eye on it's progress.

Orders received from outside of the UK may be liable for VAT or import charges upon delivery. 

These charges vary from country to country, and your goods may be held at customs until you have cleared them and paid the relevant taxes.
